يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرين ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسين ألف جنيه ، المسئول أو الموظف المختص فى الجهات المنصوص عليها فى المادتين (٤١) ، (٤٩) من هذا القانون ، الذى لم يقم بتحصيل أو توريد اشتراكات المؤمن عليهم وأصحاب الأعمال المشار إليهم فى المادة (٤٠) من هذا القانون للهيئة خلال ثلاثين يوما من تحصيلها .
