يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائة ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز مائتى ألف جنيه ، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل عامل بالهيئة أو مقدم للخدمة التأمينية ساعد صاحب العمل أو المشترك على التهرب من الوفاء بالتزاماته المقررة فى هذا القانون .
