Article 64 of the Universal Health Insurance Law

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائة ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز مائتى ألف جنيه ، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل مقدم لخدمات الرعاية الصحية أو منتفع أو عامل فى الهيئة ، تعمد تقديم مطالبات غير حقيقية أو مطالبات عن خدمات لم يتم تقديمها ، أو سمح لغير المشتركين بالنظام بالحصول على خدمات بغير وجه حق .
