فى حالة تأخر الملتزم بسداد الاشتراكات عن أداء الاشتراكات فى المواعيد المحددة ،
يلتزم بأداء مبلغ إضافى سنوى عن مدة التأخير من تاريخ وجوب الأداء حتى نهاية شهر
السداد ، ويحسب المبلغ الإضافى وفقا للقواعد المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون .
