Article 42 of the Universal Health Insurance Law

تلتزم الجهات المنصوص عليها فى المادة (٤١) من هذا القانون ، بتوريد اشتراكات
المؤمن عليهم وأصحاب الأعمال المشار إليهم فى المادة (٤٠) من هذا القانون للهيئة خلال
ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ تحصيلها ، وذلك بعد استقطاع نسبة يتم الاتفاق عليها مع تلك
الجهات ، على النحو الذى تبينه اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
