ينقل للعمل بهيئة الاعتماد والرقابة العاملون بكل من الهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحى ،
والجهات التابعة لوزارة الصحة حال رغبتهم فى ذلك ، من شاغلى الوظائف المرتبطة بمجال
عمل هيئة الاعتماد الرقابة ، وفى جميع الأحوال يحتفظ العاملون المنقولون بدرجاتهم
المالية وجميع المزايا الوظيفية التى يتمتعون بها فى جهات عملهم كحد أدنى ، وذلك كله
طبقا لما تحدده اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
