يكون لهيئة الاعتماد والرقابة مدير تنفيذى ، ويصدر بتعيينه وتحديد معاملته المالية
واختصاصاته قرار من مجلس الإدارة وذلك لمدة أربع سنوات قابلة للتجديد لمرة واحدة ،
ويحضر اجتماعات مجلس الإدارة دون أن يكون له صوت معدود فى المداولات ،
ويتولى المدير التنفيذى تصريف أمور الهيئة وتنفيذ السياسات والاستراتيجيات والقرارات
الصادرة عن مجلس الإدارة ، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون الشروط الواجب
توافرها فيمن يشغل هذا المنصب .
