تلتزم هيئة الرعاية بتقديم تقارير أداء نصف سنوية عن الخدمات الصحية والعلاجية
التى تقدمها والقوائم المالية لها بعد إقرارها من مجلس الإدارة إلى كل من مجلس الوزراء
ومجلس النواب ، كما تلتزم بنشر قوائمها المالية مرة على الأقل كل سنة على النحو المبين
فى اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
