تلغى الفقرة (أ) من المادة (٢٤) من القانون رقم ٦٦ لسنة ١٩٥٣ المنظم لخامات الوقود ،
كما يلغى القانون رقم ٨٦ لسنة ١٩٥٦ بشأن المناجم والمحاجر ، والقانون رقم ١٥١ لسنة ١٩٥٦
بفرض رسم إنتاج على الأملاح التبخيرية وتنظيم استغلالها ، كما يلغى كل حكم يخالف
أحكام القانون المرافق .
