يصدر رئيس مجلس الوزراء اللائحة التنفيذية وغيرها من اللوائح اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام
القانون المرافق خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل بأحكامه ، وحتى صدور تلك اللوائح
يستمر العمل باللوائح والقرارات القائمة ما لم تتعارض مع أحكام القانون المرافق .
ويتولى الوزير المختص بشئون الثروة المعدنية والمحافظ المختص كل فيما يخصه
إصدار نماذج التراخيص المنصوص عليها فى ذلك القانون .
