يقدم طلب الحصول على ترخيص البحث إلى الهيئة على النموذج المعد لذلك ،
على أن ترفق به المستندات الدالة على كفاءة الطالب الفنية وملاءته المالية مع سداد الرسم
المقرر فى هذا القانون .
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية النموذج المشار إليه ، وبيانات الطلب ، والمستندات المرافقة له ،
وشروط الحصول على الترخيص ، ومقدار الرسوم الواجب سدادها ، بحيث لا تجاوز
خمسون ألف جنيه .
