تحديد التراخيص التزامات شاحن الغاز، وعلى الأخص ما يأتى :
١ - الوفاء بشروط الترخيص .
٢ - توفير الغاز وفقا للمتطلبات الفنية لاستخدام منظومتى النقل والتوزيع بالشروط المنصوص عليها فى العقود المبرمة ذات الصلة .
٣ - سداد تعريفة استخدام منظومة نقل الغاز .
٤ - تقديم أى معلومات لازمة لمشغلى الشبكات والتسهيلات بما يمكنهم من أداء أنشطتهم بطريقة فعالة .
