يلتزم مشغل تسهيلات إعادة التغييز بإعداد كود استخدام تسهيلات إعادة التغييز ، والذى يتضمن البنود والشروط الواجب الالتزام والوفاء بها من جانب شاحن الغاز لاستخدام تسهيلات إعادة التغييز ، ورفعه للجهاز للموافقة عليه .
