يلتزم مشغل منظومة نقل الغاز بإعداد كود استخدام المنظومة ، على أن يتضمن البنود والشروط الواجب الالتزام والوفاء بها من جانب شاحن الغاز ، ورفعه للجهاز للموافقة عليه .
