Article 22 of the Real Estate Tax Law

إذا زالت عن أى عقار أسباب رفع الضريبة وجب على المكلف بأدائها
أن يخطر مأمورية الضرائب العقارية المختصة خلال ستين يوما من تاريخ زوال سبب الرفع
لإعادة ربط الضريبة التى كانت مفروضة قبل الرفع ، وذلك اعتبارا من أول السنة التالية
للسنة التى زال فيها سبب الرفع وحتى نهاية المدة المقررة للتقدير .
