تلتزم البنوك بإمساك سجل لحملة الأسهم لما يزيد على (٥٪) من رأس المال المصدر
للبنك أو من حقوق التصويت أو أى نسبة تؤدى إلى السيطرة الفعلية عليه وتحديثه
بصفة دورية .
ويتعين إخطار البنك المركزى بكل تعديل يطرأ عليه .
وذلك كله طبقا للقواعد والشروط الصادرة عن مجلس الإدارة .
