تلتزم بورصة الأوراق المالية أو شركة الإيداع والقيد المركزى للأوراق والأدوات المالية ،
بحسب الأحوال ، بإخطار البنك المركزى إذا جاوزت ملكية أحد المساهمين وأطرافه
المرتبطة نسبة (٥٪) من رأس المال المصدر للبنك ، وكذلك عند كل زيادة أو نقص بعد ذلك
الحد بنسبة (١٪) .
