Article 69 of the Central Bank and Banking Sector Law

يخطر طالب الترخيص بقرار القبول أو بما يلزم عليه استيفاؤه من مستندات أو بيانات
خلال تسعين يوما من تاريخ تقديم الطلب .
وإذا لم يقم الطالب باستيفاء المطلوب خلال تسعين يوما من تاريخ الإخطار المشار إليه
سقط حقه فى هذا الطلب .
وتنشر القرارات الصادرة من مجلس الإدارة بالترخيص فى الوقائع المصرية على نفقة
المرخص له وعلى الموقع الإلكترونى للبنك المركزى .
ويكون رفض طلب الترخيص بقرار من مجلس الإدارة ، ويخطر الطالب به خلال
ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ صدوره .
