مع عدم الإخلال بالاختصاصات المقررة للبنك المركزي ، يشكل بقرار من رئيس
الجمهورية مجلس تنسيقى يضع آلية للتنسيق بين السياسة النقدية للبنك المركزي
والسياسة المالية للحكومة .
ويضم المجلس فى عضويته ممثلين عن الحكومة والبنك المركزي وغيرهم من ذوى الخبرة ،
ويتضمن القرار الصادر بتشكيل المجلس نظام عمله .
وينعقد المجلس مرة على الأقل كل ثلاثة أشهر وكلما دعت الحاجة إلى ذلك ،
ويرفع تقريرا سنويا عن أعماله إلى رئيس الجمهورية .
