يئول صافى أرباح البنك المركزى إلى الخزانة العامة للدولة بعد اقتطاع ما يقرره مجلس الإدارة من زيادة فى رأس المال ، وما يقرر تكوينه من احتياطيات .
وتسدد الأرباح التقديرية كل ثلاثة أشهر ، على أن تتم التسوية بين صافى الأرباح والأرباح التقديرية طبقا لما تسفر عنه نتيجة النشاط الفعلى فى نهاية السنة المالية .
ويحظر فى جميع الأحوال توزيع أى أرباح غير محققة .
