يخطر المحافظ مجلس النواب بالإطار العام للسياسة النقدية عند عرض مشروعى قانونى الموازنة العامة للدولة والخطة العامة للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، كما يخطر المجلس بأى تعديل يطرأ على هذا الإطار خلال السنة المالية .
