Article 208 of the Central Bank and Banking Sector Law

يلزم أن تتخذ شركة الصرافة شكل شركة مساهمة مصرية ، وأن يكون غرضها الوحيد
مزاولة عمليات الصرافة ، وألا يقل رأسمالها المصدر والمدفوع عن خمسة وعشرين مليون جنيه .
ويتولى مراجعة حسابات شركة الصرافة مراقب حسابات من بين المقيدين فى سجل
مراقبى الحسابات بالبنك المركزى ، ولا يجوز للمراقب الواحد أن يراجع حسابات أكثر من
ثلاث شركات فى وقت واحد ، وتلتزم الشركة بإخطار البنك المركزى بتعيين مراقب
الحسابات خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ التعيين .
