تلتزم الجهات والشركات القائمة على إدارة المرافق العامة في المجالات التي يحددها
البنك المركزي بإمداد شركات الاستعلام والتصنيف الائتماني بالبيانات الخاصة
بطالبي الائتمان ، وذلك بغرض تقييم الجدارة الائتمانية لهم ويشرط موافقة طالب
الائتمان على ذلك .
ويحدد مجلس الإدارة البيانات المطلوب استيفاؤها من تلك الجهات وطريقة
ومواعيد تقديمها .
