يعد البنك المركزي وشركات التصنيف والاستعلام الائتماني فور استقبال المعلومات
المشار إليها في المادتين (١١٣، ١١٤) من هذا القانون ، بيانا مجمعا عن كل عميل
وأطرافه المرتبطة .
وعلى البنوك وجهات منح الائتمان الاطلاع على البيان المجمع الخاص بالعميل
وأطرافه المرتبطة قبل منحه تمويلا أو تسهيلا ائتمانيا أو زيادته أو تجديده ، ولها المطالبة
بمستخرج من هذا البيان .
وذلك كله طبقا للقواعد والإجراءات الصادرة عن مجلس الإدارة .
