يحدد رأس مال الشركة بصافى قيمة أصول الهيئة القومية للاتصالات
السلكية واللاسلكية فى اليوم السابق على تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون ، وذلك بعد التحقق
من صحة تقدير صافى القيمة طبقا للأحكام المنصوص عليها فى المادة (٢٥) من قانون
شركات المساهمة وشركات التوصية بالأسهم والشركات ذات المسئولية المحدودة .
