يقسم رأس مال الشركة إلى أسهم اسمية متساوية القيمة ، ويحدد النظام
الأساسى القيمة الاسمية للسهم بحيث لا تقل عن مائة جنيه ، ولا تزيد على ألف جنيه ،
ويكون السهم غير قابل للتجزئة ولا يجوز إصداره بأقل من قيمته الاسمية .
