يجب على كل جهة إدارية إعداد قاعدة بيانات لجميع العقارات المملوكة لها ،
وما تم التصرف فيه منها وأسلوب التصرف وقيمته والبيانات الكافية عن المتصرف إليهم .
وتخطر الهيئة العامة للخدمات الحكومية بصفة دورية بجميع ما يثبت من بيانات
بتلك الجهات لإثباتها بقاعدة البيانات المركزية المنشأة لديها .
التأهيل اللازم لمزاولة وظائف التعاقدات
