تتولى الهيئة العامة للخدمات الحكومية نشر هذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية
وأى تعديلات عليهما ، وكذلك المنشورات العامة والكتب الدورية والقرارات المتعلقة بتطبيقهما
فور صدورها ، بما فيها قرارات الشطب أو إعادة القيد وغيرها ، وذلك على بوابة التعاقدات
العامة بالإضافة إلى قواعد النشر المقررة .
