يجب على الجهات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون اتخاذ إجراءات التعاقد إلكترونيا
وفقا لما يتم ميكنته من إجراءات من خلال منظومة موحدة ومنتظمة ومؤمنة إلكترونيا ،
على أن تتبع الإجراءات الميكنة حال اكتمالها وانتظامها .
وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون محتوى المنظومة الإلكترونية وكيفية تشغيلها
والضوابط والإجراءات المتبعة ذات الصلة .
