تتم ترسية المزايدة على مقدم أعلى سعر مستوف للشروط بشرط ألا يقل السعر المقدم
عن الثمن أو القيمة الأساسية ، وترفع اللجنة محضرها متضمنا توصياتها للسلطة
المختصة للاعتماد أو تقرير ما تراه ، ويجب أن يشتمل قرار الترسية على الأسباب التى
بنى عليها .
