يجوز للجهة الإدارية إصدار طلب للحصول على معلومات أو مقترحات أو مواصفات
أو غيرها ، بغرض استيفاء إجراءات دراسة السوق أو تحديد احتياجاتها على نحو دقيق
وفقا لمستجدات السوق أو لإعداد خطة احتياجاتها السنوية ، على أن تعلن عن ذلك
بإحدى الصحف اليومية واسعة الانتشار أوتوجه الطلب بدعوة المشتغلين بنوع النشاط
المطلوب ، وذلك بالإضافة للنشر على بوابة التعاقدات العامة .
