يكون لمديرى إدارتى مكافحة المخدرات فى كل من
الإقليمين وأقسامها وفروعها ومعاونيها من الضباط والكونستبلات
والمساعدين الأول والمساعدين الثانيين صفة مأمورى الضبطية القضائية
فى جميع أنحاء الاقليمين . وكذلك يكون لرؤساء الضابطة الجمركية ومعاونيهم
من الضباط وموظفى إدارة حصر التبغ والتمباك بالاقليم السورى صفة
مأمورى الضبط القضائى فى جميع أنحاء الاقليم فيما يختص بالجرائم المنصوص
عليها فى هذا القانون .
