يعفى من العقوبات المقررة فى المواد ٣٣ و ٣٤ و ٣٥
كل من بادر من الجناة بإبلاغ السلطات العامة عن الجريمة قبل علمها بها .
فإذا حصل الابلاغ بعد علم السلطات العامة بالجريمة تعين أن يوصل
الابلاغ فعلا إلى ضبط باقى الجناة .
