Article 47 of the Narcotics Law

يحكم بإغلاق كل محل يرخص له بالاتجار فى الجواهر
المخدرة أو فى حيازتها أو أى محل آخر غير مسكون أو معد للسكنى إذا
وقعت فيه إحدى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى المواد ٣٣ و ٣٤ و ٣٥
ويحكم بالإغلاق لمدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة أشهر ولا تزيد على سنة إذا ارتكب
فى المحل جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى المادة ٣٨ وفى حالة العود
يحكم بالإغلاق نهائيا .
