يجوز للصيدليات صرف جواهر مخدرة بموجب
بطاقات الرخص المنصوص عليها فى المواد التالية للأشخاص الآتين :
( ١ ) الأطباء البشريين والأطباء البيطريين وأطباء الأسنان الحائزين
على دبلوم أو بكالوريوس .
( ب ) الأطباء الذين تخصصهم لذلك المستشفيات والمصحات
والمستوصفات التى ليس بها صيدلة .
