تصرف بطاقات الرخص المذكورة بالمادة السابقة
من الجهة الإدارية المختصة بعد تقديم طلب يبين فيه ما يأتى :
( ١ ) أسماء الجواهر المخدرة كاملا وطبيعة كل منها .
( ب ) الكمية اللازمة للطالب .
( ج ) جميع البيانات الأخرى التى يمكن أن تطلبها الجهة الإدارية
المختصة ولهذه الجهة رفض إعطاء الرخصة أو خفض الكمية
المطلوبة .
