لذوى الشأن من أطراف الشكوى الحصول على شهادة رسمية بما انتهت إليه إجراءات الشكوى ، وكذا صور التقارير الفنية ذات الصلة ، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون ضوابط استخراج تلك الشهادة ورسوم إصدارها بما لا يجاوز مائتى جنيه .
