يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على مائة ألف جنيه، كل من خالف أيا من ضوابط التعاقد مع عملاء التمويل المنصوص عليها في المادتين (١٠، ١٤) من هذا القانون أو ضوابط التسويق والإعلان لنشاط التمويل الاستهلاكي المنصوص عليها في المادة (٦) من هذا القانون.
