Article 27 of the Consumer Finance Law

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة جنيه ولا تزيد على ألف جنيه عن كل يوم من أيام التأخير في تسليم القوائم المالية والتقارير الدورية التي يحددها مجلس إدارة الهيئة.
وتضاعف الغرامة بحديها الأدنى والأقصى عن كل يوم تأخير في حال زيادة التأخير على شهر.
