Article 25 of the Consumer Finance Law

يعاقب بالحبس وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائتي ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على مليون جنيه، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين، كل من زاول نشاط التمويل الاستهلاکی الخاضع لأحكام هذا القانون دون الحصول على ترخيص بذلك.
ويعاقب بذات العقوبة كل من خالف أيا من أحكام المادة (٥) من هذا القانون، وتتعدد الغرامات بتعدد المجنى عليهم.
