تحل الوكالة المصرية لضمان الصادرات والاستثمار محل الشركة المصرية
لضمان الصادرات .
ويتخذ البنك المركزي المصري إجراءات الاستحواذ على أسهم الشركة المصرية
لضمان الصادرات بالقيمة التي يتفق عليها الأطراف خلال مدة لا تجاوز ثلاثة أشهر
من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون .
ويستمر مجلس إدارة الشركة بتشكيله الحالي لحين الانتهاء من إجراءات
الاستحواذ وتشكيل مجلس إدارة جديد للوكالة .
