الصادرات والاستثمار ، وتسري على الوكالة فيما لم يرد في شأنه نص في القانون
المرافق أو القرارات الصادرة تنفيذا له أحكام قانون شركات المساهمة وشركات التوصية
بالأسهم والشركات ذات المسئولية المحدودة وشركات الشخص الواحد الصادر بالقانون
