لا تخضع الوكالة والعاملون بها لأحكام القوانين واللوائح والقرارات المعمول
بها في شركات القطاع العام وقطاع الأعمال العام ، أو الشركات المملوك أسهمها
بالكامل للدولة أو التي تساهم فيها بأي وجه من الوجوه ، بما في ذلك القانون
رقم ٤٧ لسنة ١٩٧٣ بشأن الإدارات القانونية للمؤسسات العامة والهيئات العامة
والوحدات التابعة لها ، والقانون رقم ١١٧ لسنة ١٩٥٨ بإعادة تنظيم النيابة الإدارية
والمحاكمات التأديبية .
