رأس المال المرخص به للوكالة ستمائة مليون دولار أمريكي ، ورأسمالها مالها المصدر
والمدفوع خمسون مليون دولار أمريكي موزعا على خمسمائة ألف سهم ذات قيمة
متساوية ، قيمة كل سهم منها مائة دولار أمريكي .
وتكون الوكالة مملوكة للبنك المركزي المصري ويضمن جميع التزاماتها المالية .
