مع مراعاة حكم المادة ٣٣ تمد عقود الإيجار التى تنتهى مدتها بنهاية
السنة الزراعية الجارية عند العمل بهذا القانون وذلك لمدة سنة زراعية
أخرى إذا كان المستأجر يزرع الأرض بنفسه سواء كان مستأجرا أصليا
أو من الباطن وفى الحالة الأخيرة تقوم العلاقة مباشرة بين المستأجر من
الباطن والمالك .
