Article 36 bis (d) of the Agrarian Reform Law

يجوز لكل ذي شأن بناء على موافقة مجلس إدارة الجمعية التعاونية الزراعية المختصة أن يعهد إلى الجمعية بتحصيل الأجرة المستحقة عن أرضه التي يؤجرها وتستحق الجمعية في هذه الحالة مقابل تحصيل بقدر بستة في المائة من مجموع المبالغ التي تحصلها.

لا يجوز توقيع الحجز الإداري على حاصلات الأرض المؤجرة نقدا أو مزارعة
وفاء للضرائب الأصلية والإضافية والرسوم ومستحقات بنك التسليف الزراعي
والتعاوني والجمعيات التعاونية الزراعية ، إلا بمقدار ما يخص الأرض من
هذه الديون.
