ينشأ بموجب هذا القانون صندوق سيادى يسمى (صندوق مصر السيادى للاستثمار
والتنمية) ويشار إليه فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون ب"الصندوق" ، تكون له شخصية
اعتبارية مستقلة ، ويتبع مجلس الوزراء ، ويكون مقره الرئيسى محافظة القاهرة ،
ويجوز لمجلس الإدارة أن ينشئ له فروعا أو مكاتب داخل جمهورية مصر العربية
أو خارجها .
