الوزير المختص : الوزير الذى يصدر بتحديده قرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء .

فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون ، يقصد بالعبارات التالية المعنى المبين قرين كل منها :
الوزير المختص : الوزير المعنى بشئون التخطيط .
الوزير المعنى : الوزير الذى تتبعه أى من الجهات المراد نقل ملكية الأصول المشار إليها فى المادة (٥) من هذا القانون .
مجلس الإدارة : مجلس إدارة الصندوق .
الأصول غير المستغلة : الأصول الثابتة والمنقولة التى يتم حصرها بمعرفة اللجان المشكلة وفقا للقانون .
