Article 16 of the The Sovereign Fund of Egypt Law

يجتمع مجلس الإدارة مرة كل ثلاثة أشهر على الأقل أو كلما دعت الحاجة إلى انعقاده بناء على دعوة من رئيسه أو طلب كتابى من ثلث أعضائه أو من أحد مراقبى الحسابات ، ولا يكون انعقاده صحيحا إلا بحضور ثلثى أعضائه إلا إذا كانت الدعوة من أحد مراقبى الحسابات فيكون انعقاده صحيحا بحضور ثلث الأعضاء .
وتصدر قرارات مجلس الإدارة بأغلبية أصوات الحاضرين ، وفى حالة تساوى الأصوات يرجح الجانب الذى منه رئيس المجلس .
