للصندوق إدارة أمواله وأصوله بذاته ، كما له أن يعهد بإدارتها أو بعضها إلى شركات ومؤسسات متخصصة فى إدارة الأصول وفقا للضوابط المنصوص عليها فى نظامه الأساسى وبناء على قرار مجلس الإدارة .
